At D.I.G.S., we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply follow the instructions below.

DIGS will accept merchandise returns for Standard Delivery items within 10 days of purchase and issue a credit or refund at the time of return only with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip. Returns of merchandise purchased through our website will be accepted by mail. Pending inspection, a credit or refund will be issued for the item value. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

To return an item email: orders@digs.com. in the subject of the email put the order # and in the body of the email what the issue is and someone in customer service will respond to you within 24hrs. with the procedure to take, sending you the proper return packing label etc... Please do not return on your own as we have several different warehouses and it could cause confusion.

Your return must be sent back to the correct address and must include a copy of the packing slip. If you do not have a packing slip, please call us at 888-868-3447 or email orders@digs.com.
